Today I am going to present first template from ATB to our blog readers i.e Devils Workshop Blogger Template.This is one of my favourite templates of all time.This template is originally designed by Mukund of Newbloggingtipz .For some reason Newbloggingtipz is down now.I used this template for a while and got alot of positive feedback.
The template which is designed by Mukund has many bugs .So I sat down to fix all those bugs and present a clean template with some cool features.

How To Insert a Link in Blogger Comments while Commenting

Commenting on other blogs is one of the best ways to draw new visitors to your blog.Moreover inserting a link in comments after finishing comment can draw more visitors.I see many visitors commenting on my blog and leaving their url directly instead of inserting a hyperlink.

Such comments will automatically move to spam and moreover they look like self promotion.I also do comment on my favourite blogs and insert a link in comments.Check the below screen shot.

How to insert link in Blogger Comments while commenting:

1.First write the comment which you want to then insert the below code as shown below to leave  a link.

2.Check the below screen shot.

3.Once you comment click on Preview to confirm whether you have inserted the link properly or not.

4.Well once the preview looks fine then everything is set ready ,you can publish your comment.

Steps to setup nRelate Related Post Widget for Blogger Blogs:

1.Go to this link[nrelate.com].

2.Signup for a free account there.

3.Once you finish signup process login using your username and password.

4.Go to install and then choose your platform(here the platform is blogger).

5.Then enter your blog url and click on continue.
6.Then you will be taken to Blogger Settings page ,there you choose posts only.
7.After clicking posts only a new windows will open and you will be asked to add widget to your blog, add the widget.
8.After that go to manage settings and there you choose the preferences according to your need.

The default commenting system of Blogger Blogs is not a user friendly commenting system and normal people will hesitate to comment on your post if you are using default blogger commenting system.So what is the better alternative to default Blogger Commenting System?

If you have a very large number of facebook fans then I strongly recommend you to go for facebook commenting system.This doubles your traffic.Whenever a person comments on your blog using his facebook profile then a notification will be sent to all his friends that the person commented on your blog.Use it only if you have a very large number of facebook fans(say 5000+) or else keep reading.

Intense Debate:

As far as I know this Intense Debate is the best commenting system for blogger blogs to get more comments .I used it for two months but now I removed it and using the default blogger commenting system .I will tell you the reason why I removed this commenting system at the end of this article.Intense Debate is a very good third party commenting system and doesn't takes much time to load.It has a very user friendly interface and you will see a very great improvement in your comment count after you moved to Intense Debate.

Disqus:

Disqus is one more good commenting system I used in the starting of my blogging.Disqus also helps in enhancing the number of comments but use it only if you need loyal commenter's.Some people feel Disqus irritating while commenting.

Should you use Third Party commenting system or not?

If you want more number of comments on your blog posts then I would strongly recommend you to use these third party commenting system but as far as SEO(Search Engine Optimization) is considered don't use third party commenting system.
The comments which are made using third party commenting system wont get indexed by google.More the  content gets indexed in google more will be the chances of getting ranked high.

Conclusion:

If you are looking for good number of comments on your post then I strongly recommend you to go for third party commenting system(Preferably Intense Debate) but if you want your blog to be search engine optimized then stick to the default commenting system.
So SEO says stick to default commenting system, now decide yourself.

Google Chrome Users:

1.To check whether a link is dofollow or nofollow left click and scroll over the link.

2.Then right click on the link and then click inspect element.

3.After you click inspect element a javascript console will pop up at the bottom of the page ,there you can find whether a link is dofollow or nofollow.

Mozilla Firefox Users:

1.To check whether a link is dofollow or nofollow left click and scroll over the link.

2.Then right click on the link and then click inspect element.
3.After you click inspect element you will see a pop up at the bottom of the page.
4.There you click html.
4.There you will get to know the link is dofollow or nofollow.

How to handle these dofollow and nofollow links:

• In blogger by default all the outgoing links are dofollow.Which means you are giving away the link juice to other blogs.It is better to give nofollow to the outgoing links in a blog.Only give dofollow to those outgoing links which are relevant to the content.

• It is equally important to give "dofollow "to outgoing links as well which are relevant.
• You need not give "nofollow" attribute to the internal pages of your blog.

We use images and pictures to describe an article well.In fact using right pictures and images is a good practise.

There are some important measures that a Blogger should take into consideration before uploading a image.

1.Give proper name to your images:

I see most of them give image name as image1,image2 etc or 1,2,3 so on.But this is not the right way to optimize your images for better Search Engine Ranking.

You can see how the url of the image looks like.For example if you are explaining a post on Tiger and you will name it as image25.After uploading see the below link how your url looks like.

Now image25 and Tiger are no where similar and you dont get any result for this on Search Engines.

So you have to name your picture as Tiger instead of image25 for better Search Engine Optimization.See how the url looks like after you replace the name with Tiger.

2.Avoid Giving Spaces for images and pictures:

For example if you are writing a post on Making Money Online and you want to show a image that resembles Making Money Online.

Now you will give name as Making Money Online.But it is recommended to avoid spaces because these spaces are generally replaced by %20 and doest has any value when it comes to SEO.So, it is better to replace space with '-' or '+'.
Instead of Making Money Online name it as Make+Money+Online or Make-Money-Online.
3.Add alt and title Tag for images:
As discussed in my previous articles you have to give one alt and one title tag for images.

After you upload a image to Blogger then go to HTML and Add A Alt and Title tag as follows.

When you upload an image then HTML code looks like the following

How To Judge Quality Of A Website Or Blog

Daily we come across many websites and blogs while surfing on Internet.Some blogs or websites may be good and some may be bad. Generally we can come to a conclusion about the blog by seeing it physically(Design,Layout and Content).But these are not actually what decides the quality of a website or blog.

If you are a general reader then keep these points in mind which I mention while surfing on Internet and if you are a blogger or web master then note these points and apply them to maintain quality of your website or blog.

How To Judge Quality Of A Blog or Website:-

1.Design of the Website or Blog:

This really doesn't judge quality of a blog or website but a good website or blog will definitely try to keep a good or decent design and layout.

2.Content Of the Website or Blog:

Content is always the king.A quality website or blog will try to keep quality content.Quality content means informative,original content with relevant images if possible.

3.Alexa Ranking:

This is one of the main factor that helps in judging the quality of a website.The least is the Alexa ranking better the quality of website or blog.

You can find out the Alexa rank of the website/blog by going to Alexa.com but it may be difficult to check Alexa rank of website/blog   by going to alexa.com so just install a alexa toolbar for your browser and you can verify the Alexa rank of website/blog instantly anywhere.
Alexa rank will be updated everyday.
New website/blog may have a low Alexa rank,so for new websites/blogs don't take that into consideration.

4.Google Page Rank:-
Google Ranks every website/blog depending upon the number of backlinks,website/blog download speed and some other factors.Google Page Rank lies between 0-10.Obviously 0 is least and 10 is the highest.Similar to Alexa Rank Google Page rank for new websites/blogs will be "0".Google Page Rank will be updated twice or thrice a year.
So new website/blog has to wait for some time to get a page rank.Even our blog Alltechbuzz is also eagerly waiting for a page rank update.

5.Website/Blog Ads:
A good Website/Blog will try to keep as many less ads as possible and places them in right place without interfering with the content of the Website/Blog.

4.Now select the domain which you want to activate and click on setup.

5.Then Choose Zone Records.

6.In Zone Records give your domain name,www is required.

Then give CNAME in type and ghs.google.com in value.

After giving the names click on setup.

7.After finishing this process then log in to your Blogger Account To Setup Co.Cc domain.

8.Open Settings and then Go To Publishing Tab,then click on Custom Domain.

9.Then Click On Switch To Advanced Settings.

10.Now enter the Domain name ,verify the given word verification and then save the settings.

11.Make sure that you don't get any errors and your settings have been saved successfully after you click Save Settings.
12.That's it you are done with the Process of setting up Co.Cc domain for your blog.All you have to do is wait for 6-48 hours to activate your domain.

Amazing Slider Widget For Blogger From ATB

Hello Friends I recently changed my blog look and I got a huge positive feedback for this wonderful new look.So I decided to share all the widgets,scripting and coding that I have done to bring such a cool look to my blog.

Now copy the code in Stylesheet and place just before "]]></b:skin>"


Step 3:
Next copy Javascript and paste the script  before </head>.


Step 4:
Now search for   <div id='content-wrapper'>
Copy and paste the slider content code either above or below <div id='content-wrapper'>.


Step 5:
Change the http://your-post-link1,2,3,4,5 with your links to your blog post.
Change the http://your-image-link1,2,3,4,5 with your post image link.
and change the Post content summary and post title with your post title and summary.
